Skate Ramp Update 18.09.2024

The skate ramp is currently fenced off, this is to prevent any injuries and also to prevent further damage. Please could everyone encourage young people not to go inside the fencing and use the ramp, it has a large hole in the landing platform and is definitely not safe.

We are currently assessing the ramp and whether, due to the ramps age and condition, it will be viable to repair it. Using the ramp when it is fenced off is not helping this process.

As a reminder, the ramp is owned by North Northants Council not the parish council. If NNC decide that the ramp is passed its viable life span they will come in and remove it, the parish council are trying to make sure that does not happen but this is not helped by people moving the safety fencing and continuing to use it.
